Brand New Polestar 1 in Newport Beach

A brand new Polestar 1, one of 1,500 being built, arriving at and leaving Cars and Coffee at Crystal Cove Shopping Center. Built on Volvo's Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) platform with a carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) body, the hybrid Polestar 1 is powered by a twincharged in-line four-cylinder gasoline engine for the front wheels and two electric motors for the rear wheels, producing a total of 600 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque. This example, finished in metallic Midnight with Charcoal interior, Zink seats, and 21" Diamond Cut Alloy wheels, is one of the first production Polestar 1's in the U.S.
