Liberty Walk Nissan GT-R w/ SSR Wheels
A custom blue Liberty Walk Nissan GT-R arriving at and leaving LT Motorwerks (LTMW) during the Liberty Walk car meet. This car, based on a 2013 GT-R (R35 DBA) Premium, has been modified with a Liberty Walk LB-Works Type 1 widebody kit and SSR wheels.
Liberty Walk may have made a global name for itself with body kits for exotic European supercars, but one of the cars most commonly seen with the Japanese tuner's signature flared fenders is the R35 GT-R. Maybe it's because GT-Rs are more common and more affordable than Lamborghinis and McLarens, so owners are less hesitant to customize them without worrying about committing acts of sacrilege or preserving resale value. Unlike most Liberty Walk cars I've seen, this one is fitted with chrome wheels, a large but painted rear wing, and a rather conservative use of decals. The result is a clean look that emphasizes the car's design and stance. It's not a look everyone will appreciate, but it's an excellent example of the automotive subculture that Liberty Walk has helped make so popular.
