Midnight Purple II Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R V-Spec

A custom 1999 Nissan Skyline (R34) GT-R V-Spec driving at Cars and Café at Moulin Bistro. This car, finished in Midnight Purple II, features a Nismo S-Tune front bumper, Nismo Z-Tune hood and front fenders, Ganador side mirrors, and Nismo LM GT4 wheels.

It's hard not to love an R34 Skyline GT-R. As one of the most coveted pieces of automotive forbidden fruit in America, it often attracts more attention at car events than Ferraris and Lamborghinis. Somehow I've been lucky enough to see close to two dozen different R34's over the years. I have no clue how each one managed to get registered here (options are limited, but there are ways...), but I'm certainly not complaining.

This example is finished in one of the most iconic (and sexy) R34 colors, and, as with many other Skyline GT-R's, has numerous modifications - in this case mostly from Nissan's own Nismo division. Take it anywhere and it's sure to be a show stopper. It's quite incredible to drive, too - as long as you get used to being on the wrong side of the road!
