New 2023 Porsche GT3 RS Tribute to Carrera RS

A brand new 2023 Porsche 911 (992) GT3 RS Tribute to Carrera RS arriving at and leaving Cars 'N Copters on the Coast at Huntington City Beach. The Tribute to Carrera RS Package celebrates the 50th anniversary of the 911 Carrera RS 2.7 and features white paint with Python Green magnesium wheels, mirror caps, side graphics, and interior stitching. The limited edition package is exclusive to the U.S. market and has a price (MSRP) of $312,550 with the Weissach package included as standard.

Porsche somehow always has a way of enticing buyers with absurdly priced special editions. The regular GT3 RS is already quite expensive at over $220,000, more than twice the price of a base-model 911. Adding the Weissach Package will set you back another $33K. But for those who want something even more special, Porsche is ready to take your money with the GT3 RS Tribute to Carrera RS Package. (Try saying that ten times fast...)

I won't deny it, the graphics package looks pretty cool. The green wheels look almost cartoonish, but they go well with this car's wild aerodynamic components. And as with many of Porsche's special edition models, it was inspired by an important part of the company's history. The funny thing is that if you really want something unique straight from the factory, you can easily order a bespoke Paint-to-Sample car for less money, and it will be far more rare and unique than these white and green Tribute cars. But there seems to be no escaping the allure of an official factory-badged special edition. And I have a feeling that, somehow, these cars will end up shooting up in value.
