New Black 2024 Porsche 911 S/T (w/ startup)

A new black 2024 Porsche 911 (992) S/T arriving at and leaving the Motor4Toys Charity Car Show & Toy Drive at Los Angeles Pierce College. Based on the 911 GT3 Touring, the S/T is powered by the 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine from the GT3 RS mated to a six-speed manual transmission. This example is no. 0873 of 1963 S/Ts being built.

Despite Porsche's notorious dealer markups, the 911 S/T is an enthusiast's dream come true. Visually, it's sporty without being flashy. The interior is a perfect blend of modern and classic, comfort and performance. And speaking of performance, it's essentially a GT3 RS with a stick. This simple but effective spec exemplifies these characteristics perfectly. There were dozens of 911s at this event, and from a distance many people may have assumed it was just another GT3 or even a non-GT model. But I'm glad I noticed those signature front fender cutouts (like the GT3 RS) that made this car instantly recognizable as a special specimen.
