A Pearl White TriCoat 2019 Nissan GT-R (R35) arriving at and leaving Carcadia.

The mighty R35 GT-R has been on the market for almost a decade and a half already, with so many updates that it's simply too hard to keep track of them all. This example features Godzilla's most recent facelift, introduced in 2016 for the 2017 model year. It's still a great car in terms of both looks and performance, though these days it's hard to justify any car being on the market for over a decade.

What strikes me as most interesting about this example is that it actually appears stock. It seems like owners of most Japanese sports cars don't waste any time before hitting the aftermarket. Pretty much every GT-R I see is modified, ranging anywhere from a simple exhaust and set of wheels to a full widebody kit, custom wrap, and so many other mods that it's nearly impossible to tell whether the base car is brand new or over a decade old. This owner seems to have a different preference, though; I've seen this car on multiple occasions, and it doesn't look like he's planning to make any changes to it. If the current market of 90's JDM cars is any indication, a well-maintained, stock R35 like this may be worth a considerable amount in the future.

What do you think - Is the GT-R best with aftermarket upgrades or left in stock form? Leave a comment on YouTube and let me know!
