Rare Lamborghini Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae Roadster
A rare 2022 Lamborghini Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae Roadster driving at Ancillary Studios at South Coast Plaza during its Pre-Monterey Gathering (a.k.a. "Prebble"), hosted in partnership with Zuma Cars & Coffee. Introduced in July 2021, the LP780-4 Ultimae is the final variant of the Lamborghini Aventador, which had been in production since 2011. It is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine tuned to produce 769 horsepower, making it the most powerful version of the Aventador. This example, finished in white (Bianco Opalis) with Nero Ade and Blu Amon interior, is one of 250 Ultimae Roadsters built.
With the new Revuelto just starting to hit dealerships, it's now absolutely clear that the Aventador is going down in history as the last non-electrified V12 Lamborghini. And now that Aventador production has (finally) ceased, it's clear that the limited edition Ultimae, which combines increased power with unique but relatively subtle styling, will go down in history as among the most desirable variants. Having the option of taking the roof off doesn't hurt, either.
The Aventador's edgy design stands out in pretty much any color. This white example allows the styling to speak for itself, with contrasting aero bits and blue accents to help brighten things up. Even with the model's long lifespan, high production figures, and mind-boggling number of variants, this car stands out as an excellent candidate for a highly desirable future classic.
